Terms of Service
Effective August 26, 2026 · Last updated August 26, 2026
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your use of 1mwall, including the public pixel wall, pixel claims, city display ads, listings, payments, and related services.
By using 1mwall or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms, the 1mwall Rules, and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, do not use the Service or complete a purchase.
2. What 1mwall is
1mwall is a public digital billboard. It includes a wall of one million pixels and separate timed advertising surfaces in the city display (premium screens and smaller spots).
You may purchase available wall pixels for permanent placement. You may separately purchase temporary time on a city screen or micro spot. These are different products unless checkout says otherwise.
A purchase does not guarantee traffic, clicks, customers, sales, revenue, media coverage, or any other commercial result.
3. No crypto or investment relationship
1mwall is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to any cryptocurrency, token, Pump.fun, crypto livestream, blockchain project, or financial scheme unless explicitly stated by 1mwall.
Purchasing pixels or advertising space:
- Is not an investment
- Does not create equity or ownership in 1mwall
- Does not create token rights
- Does not create cryptocurrency rights
- Does not create a right to future profits
- Does not create revenue sharing
- Does not guarantee appreciation or resale value
- Does not guarantee any financial return
You purchase digital billboard placement and/or advertising services only.
4. Pixel claims
You claim wall pixels by selecting an empty area and submitting a website and/or image. The price is the number of selected pixels times the per-pixel price shown on 1mwall before you pay.
Selecting an area or opening checkout for a display spot does not reserve it permanently. When you click Claim, we hold that specific inventory for about six minutes while you complete checkout on Dodo Payments. The hold applies to wall pixels, premium city screens, micro spots, bottom spots, and featured spots. Others cannot start checkout for the same pixels or display surface while your hold is active.
A purchase is completed only after the payment provider confirms a successful charge. Failed, cancelled, declined, or abandoned checkout does not place a listing and does not charge you for that attempt.
Once payment is confirmed, your listing is assigned to that pixel area, subject to these Terms and the Rules. We may crop, resize, or reformat your image so it fits the wall.
The price of future, unclaimed pixels may change. Your completed purchase price does not.
5. Permanent placement
“Permanent” means your pixel claim does not automatically expire after a fixed period.
Permanent placement remains subject to:
- The continued operation of 1mwall
- These Terms and the Rules
- Applicable law
- Technical changes and maintenance
- Removal of prohibited or infringing content
We do not guarantee that 1mwall will operate indefinitely or that its design, technology, domain, features, or infrastructure will remain unchanged forever.
6. Advertising services
City screens and micro spots are sold separately from wall pixel claims. You buy a duration shown before checkout (for example 5 minutes through 24 hours). When that time ends, the ad is removed from that surface.
The same short checkout hold described above applies to timed ads. Clicking Claim on a screen or spot starts the hold; others cannot start checkout for that surface until the hold expires, is released, or is fulfilled after a successful payment.
Timed ads do not include wall pixels. Wall pixels do not include city-screen time unless checkout says so. Expiring ad time does not remove a completed wall claim unless the listing violates these Terms or the Rules.
7. Your content
You retain ownership of content that you own.
By submitting content to 1mwall, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, resize, crop, format, cache, and publicly display that content as necessary to operate and promote the Service.
You represent that you have the right to submit and display the content.
If you submit a website, we may fetch a public title, description, and logo from that site (including through Logo.dev or similar helpers) so visitors can recognize the listing.
8. Removal rights
We may refuse, restrict, hide, disable, or remove a listing where we reasonably believe that:
- It violates our Rules or Terms
- It violates applicable law
- It infringes intellectual-property or other rights
- It is fraudulent, deceptive, malicious, or harmful
- We receive a credible legal complaint
- It creates a significant legal or security risk
Where practical, we may attempt to contact you before permanently removing a listing.
Removal does not automatically entitle you to a refund.
9. Payments and refunds
Payments are processed on a hosted checkout operated by Dodo Payments. You leave 1mwall to pay and return after the attempt. We do not store full card, UPI, or bank details.
Prices on 1mwall are shown in US dollars. On the payment page, Dodo may convert that amount to another currency (for example INR), add tax such as GST, and offer local payment methods. Currency is chosen from your billing country, then location, with a switch back to USD when Adaptive Currency is enabled. The amount you agree to pay is the total shown on that payment page. Local methods (such as UPI) may have their own amount limits; a charge that works in USD may be declined in another currency for that reason.
If checkout fails, is cancelled, is declined, or is abandoned before a successful charge, you are not charged for that attempt, no listing is placed, and no refund is needed. Starting a new claim creates a new checkout and a new hold. We do not keep an unfinished payment session for you to resume.
If payment succeeds but we cannot place your listing (for example the space was taken or your hold expired before confirmation), we attempt to refund the charge automatically through Dodo Payments. If a listing was successfully placed for your payment, we do not refund it unless required by applicable law or we decide otherwise in a specific case.
Unless required by applicable law, completed payments that result in a live listing are final and non-refundable.
Chargebacks or payment disputes made without a legitimate basis may result in removal of the associated listing and restriction of future use.
10. No guaranteed results
We do not guarantee:
- Visitors
- Clicks
- Sales
- Revenue
- Search-engine rankings
- Social-media growth
- Investment
- Media attention
- Any financial or commercial result
The value and visibility of a listing may change as more pixels are claimed and the wall evolves.
11. Service availability
1mwall is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
The Service may occasionally be unavailable, interrupted, delayed, modified, or discontinued.
We may update the design, features, infrastructure, and functionality of 1mwall.
12. Third-party links
Listings may link to third-party websites.
We do not control or endorse those destinations and are not responsible for their content, security, availability, products, services, or practices.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 1mwall and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
Where liability cannot legally be excluded, our liability will be limited to the amount paid for the specific purchase giving rise to the claim, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms and the Rules from time to time.
For material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of the relevant page.
Continued use of 1mwall after the updated Terms take effect means you accept the updated Terms, subject to applicable law.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator’s establishment, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and subject to any mandatory consumer-protection laws that apply to you.
Any dispute will be handled by the courts with jurisdiction over the operator, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
